APPRECIATIONFirst of all I would like to thank Madam Daisy Ak. Benedict Bamsa as a lecturer for the course Inggeris for effective communication as have many contributing ideas in completing this task. Indeed, the description and explanation of the question of course work assignments deeper has helped me better understand the requirements of the questions.

In addition, I would like to thank all my colleagues for their many share information related to the question of the course work. Indeed, the process carried out in collaboration among many trainees benefit in this task.

In the meantime, I also want to express our sincere thanks to the Tawau campus for teaching institute has provided a very useful facility to students in finding information related to the questions in this course work. For example, the facilities include a library facility. This is particularly useful for providing thousand of knowledge and information in answer to every question in this assignment.
