Pennsylvania One Book PA One Book is a statewide initiative that promotes the impor- tance of early literacy development for children ages birth – five years. Each April, Pennsylvania celebrates a book whose story and illustrations encourage children’s imaginations and love of reading. Young readers will be introduced to two books as part of the 2019 PA One Book early literacy program.
