FIRM OVERVIEW Pentvia Partners is a merger and acquisition advisory firm working with closely held

businesses in the lower-middle market. Clients consist of growth-oriented companies

considering a merger or acquisition strategy, divestiture of a product line, a need for

equity capital, or desire to restructure debt.

Christopher Zuzick Managing Partner

Christopher began his career in Milwaukee in 1987 in the manufacturing industry, holding senior management roles and demonstrating consistent capacity to increase sales, boost profits, and direct efficient operations. In 1999, Chris took a Vice Presidency role within an M&A firm assisting privately-held enterprise companies. From there, Chris served as Principal with the M&A division of a full service accounting firm. In 2003, he established his own practice to provide small to mid-sized business owners with the same depth and quality of service found in larger M&A firms.

Chris holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor with the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth-Wisconsin and an Adjunct Professor at the Kellett School at Lakeland College. Chris is the past Chairman of the Sussex Economic Development Committee and is active with the Sussex Soccer Club.

Todd Manderfield Executive Vice President

Todd brings an established background in marketing and sales management within manufacturing and distribution. Todd earned his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1994. He then worked for a manufacturer of specialty lighting products, headquartered in Milwaukee, where he held various roles in Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales Management. Todd joined a manufacturers’ representative agency in 2002 and helped establish the firm’s Milwaukee office. In 2004, Todd worked for General Electric’s Industrial Division where his responsibilities included sales coordination and project management for a number of high profile construction and energy efficiency projects.

Todd is a member of the Chicago chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He is an active member of the Muskego Economic Development Committee and is a Volunteer with Make a Difference Wisconsin.

Greg Larson Partner

Greg is Managing Partner of Cedar Tree, LLC Investments. Greg was employed by DEMCO, Inc. of Madison from 1984 to 2001, including service as President|CEO from 1989 to 2001. He is a Director of The Wisconsin Cheeseman, Anchor Bank SSB, both of Madison, and of Myron Manufacturing Company of Maywood, New Jersey.

Greg’s previous affiliations include: Director of Meriter Health Services and Wingra Technologies, Inc. of Madison, Director of the Bank of Milwaukee, and Director of Milsco Manufacturing Company, Milwaukee. Greg previously served as Chairman of the National Business Direct (Mailers) Group and served as Director of the United Way of Dane County and as Campaign Chairman.

Greg received a B.S. in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1972, and his Executive M.B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1981.

Terry Sivesind Partner

Terry brings a tenured background in marketing, business development, and general management to Pentvia. He is an experienced entrepreneur who has co-founded and has served on senior management teams for several successful biotechnology companies including Promega, PanVera and Mirus Corporations.

Terry has been a part of the Madison-area biotech industry for more than 20 years. His career began at Ohio Medical Products, which eventually became Datex-Ohmeda, and is now GE Healthcare. He has served in strategic management positions with four biotech start-up firms, along with, an investment firm connecting financing with the life science entrepreneur. Terry is a co-founder of the angel investor network, Wisconsin Investment Partners. He holds a B.S. in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
