KCH Services Inc., Forest City, N.C., has named Adam B. Chmielewski as an engineer in its en- gineering/estimating department. Ad- ditional duties will involve technical development activities. Chmielewski will be involved in preengineering and estimating projects as well as assisting in final design of projects.
