We help organisations in conducting the Assessment / Development Centres based on their competency framework for diagnosing & developing the potential talent. Based on the identified competencies, we create a set of customized business simulation exercises and psychometric tools are used which aim at measuring each of the competencies in a scientific, structured and objective manner. The observations of our trained assessors form the basis of computerised algorithms which collate information from all the exercises to arrive at the overall proficiency level of the individual. The individual's competency profile is then compared against the target profile and developmental plans are created.
Leveraging on the advancement in technology, we have developed an online assessment methodology, where the business simulation exercises like In-tray exercise, Case study etc. are administered online and Competency Based Interviews (CBI) and Role plays are conducted using video conferencing facilities. This methodology requires minimum supervision and reduces logistical issues.
