    #ro!it, is !i-ed, and the time alloed !or re#ayment is also !i-ed" The most signi!icantdi!!erence sho%ld be in the case here the debtor !ails to re#ay the debt at the s#eci!ied time"The loan at interest o%ld generally inc%r an e-tra interest #enalty i! the loan is not #aid %#onmat%rity, hether the debtor as able to #ay or not" In the case o!
