To keep your crumbed products and schnitzels looking theirbest, using Verstegen Batter & Shake first is a must. Eachcase of Batter & Shake contains 40 x 80g sachets of battermix, combined with a FREE shaker to mix the batter with. Simplyfill water to the line indicated on the shaker, empty in one sachet ofbatter mix, and shake for 10 seconds. You now have enough batter for5kg of crumbed product.

Top tipsPre-battering your meat, poultry, fish, vegetables or fruitguarantees optimum adhesion of your chosen breadcrumbor schnitzel mix, and will stop your coating becoming soggy.Keep one hand dry and one hand wet when battering andcrumbing to avoid mess and lumps.
