Performance Management Cycle
Its annual performance review time! The 2011 performance review cycle has opened for period of performance January 1 throughDecember 31, 2010. There have been some changes to the performance management program - your Human Resources Business
Partner (HRBP) will contact you regarding Global Performance Management Program (GPMP) training.
You can access helpful resources on the Performance Management page and access your evaluation from the My Profile page. The
GPMP timeline is below for your reference. Please reach out to your HRBP if you have any questions throughout the process and
make sure to complete all applicable by the dates below for a smooth performance review cycle.

Data Warehouse, HQ, and hardcopy forms serve as data
sources.
Every BU/Function Head Conduct Moderation/Calibration Meetings
17 - 28 Feb
Managers must be prepared to support their ratings with
specific examples of results delivered throughout the review
period.
HRBP will moderate the meetings.
HR Consolidate final performance rating data from
calibration sessions including salary adjustments.
Confirm CEO approval. 1 - 15 Mar
Approved ratings and salary adjustments will be centrally
uploaded into HQ and Oracle. Data will be provided by HR
Shared Services for Japan, North America and United
Kingdom, and by Local HR Head for India and Manila
Every Manager Complete performance appraisal discussion with each
employee ensuring feedback is aligned with
Moderation/Calibration results.
