American British Medical Ctr I A P, Mexico, Mexico. Objectives: Endometriosis has been related with the presence of pain and infertility in about 10% of the general population. The perineal topography is very unusual and the therapeutical management is poor. The objective of the present study is to demonstrate the perinoplasty as a coadjutant surgical treatment in the perineal endometriosis. Materials/Methods: A 39 year old non-smoking patient manifested cyclic perineal pain related with the menses as a main symptom. A perineal biopsy was done and the endometriosis was confirmed under histopathologic study. The resection of the present lesion was realized and included a primary perinoplasty. Results: The recovery was successful. Conclusions: The symptomatology of the patient was resolved satisfac- torily. Supported By: None reported. FERTILITY & STERILITY S55
