How to prepare yourselffor Periodical Medical Exam? ?

1. Go with partner or spouse

2. Find out health records for past 3 years and be prepared

to provide a detailed history.

3. Fast for 10 hours prior to the check up

4. Wear loose comfortable and conveniently removable

clothing and shoes

5. Carry fresh urine and stool sample

6. Be completely honest with the doctor and be ready to

spend a day at the hospital.

7. Speak about your travel plans/ relocation to places with

different climates and altitudes, access to medical facilities.

8. Ask about vaccine requirements.
