North Twin Lakes Elementary is
proud to congratulate Jassmine Perez, for being recognized as the Reflex Ninja District Champion for Fifth Grade.
Student Charles Alexander Lee from Barbara Goleman Senior High School, has been accepted to the Harvard University Summer School Program for high school students in Cambridge, MA.
Kindergarten and 5th grade buddies at Meadowlane Elementary put STEAM into practice when they created their
own Recyclable Robots to celebrate Earth Day.
Palm Springs North Elementary School
celebrated Earth Day by planting a tree and rescuing
a baby bird.
West Hialeah Gardens Elementary held an All Pro
Dad Breakfast. The students’ fathers were invited to have breakfast with their child.

honored to receive the District Award for Citizenship in this year’s Values Matter campaign.
Lawton Chiles Middle School
received the Magnet Schools of America School of Distinction award for their Outstanding Cambridge International Program.
Aileen Martinez and Amanda Moreno students at Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High qualified in
the Top 20 in DECA National Competitions in California.
