Most Accessed Personality System StrengthsBelow are the Most Accessed Personality System Strengths. You naturally bring these Strenghts into your Core Projects. At times, you mayover-use these aspects of your personality system. Stress-Sensitive Strengths are those that you do not naturally access as much whileunder stress as you do on your good days.
Stress-Sensitive Strength Recommendation
SensorYou can sense the emotions of those around you and you feel what they are feeling. You can pick up on theemotional realities of others. You can give others a voice for their feelings - acknowledging the humanity in all of us. You naturally bring out this human element in all you do.
Acknowledge your gift for sensing. Help others put words to their feelings. Leverage your listening by holding backjudgment or acting too quickly on your empathy. Recognize when you may be overly-attuned to emotions;remember, it is not possible to always change how everyone feels.
PrudenceYou are well aware of problems and the down-side to risky decisions. While you may enjoy many things, you arecautious and guarded when facing unfamiliar situations. You will be wise and careful to protect the things, andpeople, you value. Under stress, you may let go of your Caution. You may later regret choices made under distress.
Learn to trust your cautiousness, while also keeping an open, positive, mind about new things. Partner withcompetent people whose strengths are Adaptability, Positation, or Confidence.
DirectnessYou are very direct, clear minded, and know what you want. You communicate your perspective and others typicallyknow what you are thinking. You strive to bring clarity to issues and want everyone on the same page. Understress, you may stop advocating for yourself. You may be less inclined to state your opinions when you are feelingoverwhelmed or unsure of yourself.
Prioritize your agenda. Remain assertive about your top issues, but learn to listen and speak with equal passion onbehalf of others, not just yourself. Practice summarizing what you hear from, instead of summarizing what youwant. Apply your assertiveness to advocating for others or your team.
PositationYou are exciting, full of energy, and get a rush from being in front of groups. You jump at the chance to be on stageand exude a positive charisma wherever you go. Others are drawn to this positive magnetism.
You will excel in roles where you can highlight positives, potentials, and passions. Use your gift to lift others up. Bepatient with skeptics - don't write them off too quickly.
DisplayfulYou are comfortable being in the spotlight or as the center of attention. You welcome the opportunity to entertainothers and don't shy away from opportunities to have an audience. When combined with Positation, Displayful canbecome highly charasmatic and persuasive.
Leverage this natural comfortability by honing your public speaking skills. Deliver thoughtful messages with depthof content. Inspire and influence others. Pay attention to the energy of the room and group dynamics. Be carefulnot to make yourself the focus.

Acceptance Those with the strength of Acceptance readily trust others. They accept what others say at face value and do notassume others have a hidden agenda or ulterior motives. They assume most people have positive intentions andrarely question others.
How do you know the difference between being trusting and being naive? Who in your life do you trust? Whatcauses you to question or doubt what others are telling you?
DutifulThose who possess the strength of Dutiful strive to know what their assignments are. They will take personalownership of their commitments and duties, taking pride in being appointed to positions of responsibility. They seekout and respond to acknowledgment from those in charge.
Who gives you assignments? How do you respond when those in authority give you important responsibilities? Ifyou are in charge, do you readily acknowledge the contributions of others? How do you give assignments toothers?
AdaptabilityPeople with the Strength of Adaptability are energized by changes and see opportunities where others may seedisruption, risk, or fear uncertainty. They not only accept change, they expect it and look forward to newpossibilities.
What areas of your life are you holding on to? What routines might you consider changing? What opportunitieswould result from these changes?
