What do we use with Clients?

MBTI – tends to be the most fundamentally used assessment, but with 16 possible outcomes – tends to be complex.

Everything DiSC by Wiley – Much of our work now centers on having an awareness of one’s own DiSC style. With 4 basic outcomes pretty easy to understand.

Strengths Finder – another awareness assessment that if used well can be very helpful in understanding behavior

EQ 2.0 by MHS - another awareness assessment that if used well can be very helpful in understanding behavior
