cold waters of the Northern Sea a caviar substitute called:

Avruga.

Avruga, with bright black colour and subtle smoky flavour,

is a versatile product that can be used in hot and cold

dishes and gives a touch of originality to all your salads,

starters and all your pasta and fish dishes.

Anchoviar is made from anchovies with a soft and delicate

grey texture. Its versatility and originality allow its use in all

kind of recipes, either for cold and hot dishes thus can be a

perfect accompaniment for cheese, potatoes and salads.

Trufka: The new way for savouring truffles. Trufka is made from

black truffles, has all the flavours of the truffle and has neither

colourings nor artificial preservatives.

Trufka needs no artificial additives or colourings because it is

made with black truffles resulting in an intense and aromatic nutty

flavour. Trufka is preserved thanks to a process of pasteurization.
