    (THE ITALIAN EXPERIENCE) The pedagogical concepts that use basic knowledge base on

    inclusion / integration are analyzed. It is shows how they can be used in educational practice. Various professional figures that contribute to the specified process and each contribute to the support network of the integration process of the disabled child in the social and educational environment presented. The figure of the up-bringer being the central in this process, is analyzed in more detail.

    Bazyka E.L. Psycho-pedagogical support of students in distance learning. The article presents the problems of innovative educational technologies, particularly remote, which has the specificity such as an independent study of students, the ability to structure their time. Analyzes the problems of the state of procrastination and proves its negative impact on their ability to organize learning activities, and as a consequence, the results from this activity.

    Presents the results of previous studies of the phenomenon of procrastination, its impact on the individual, the psychological characteristics of the individual with the presence of state of procrastination, and also the results of the repeated psychodiagnosis that was held after the developed and implemented corrective program. Describes the results of the implementation of corrective work aimed at eliminating the consequences of procrastination, and forming skills of self-organization in students.

    Its proved that it is a psychological and pedagogical problem that

    may be corrected by the psychological methods, the effectiveness of short-term psychotherapy in conjunction with the self-therapy aimed at the development of skills of self-organization of students, structuring their time, which is especially important in distance education is shown.

    The attitude of society to the "special" child is a definite measure of its civilization. Until recently, issues related to disabilities children were ignored. Invalid person was trying to isolate from society, and placed in special establishments. A child with special needs and their relatives leave were sometimes alone with his grief. While building a democratic society we should not only provide equal opportunities for all, but also nurture tolerance and the desire to do something for another. So thats why social educator should be aware about how to carry out such kind of work, to obtain a positive result when working with children with special needs.

    DISABILITIES The article is devoted to the notion of "inclusion", analyzes the

    nature and content of the existing approaches to inclusive education. The main tendencies update legal, traditional approaches to system of inclusive education, given the definition of "inclusive education", its principles of organization, considered legal framework in line with international treaties on human rights, implement and disseminate models of inclusive education of children in preschool and secondary schools.     THE SYSTEM OF PSYCHOCORRECTION OF THE "CHILDREN OF RAIN" AND THE "CHILDREN OF THE SUN"

    The system of psychological correction of children with Down syndrome and autistic children is represented on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach and the concept of functional asymmetry of the cerebral hemispheres. It is shown that the correction of the "children of the sun" requires the intensification of the left hemisphere beginning of psychic activity, and autistic children are corrected due to activation of the right hemisphere activity with all training and therapeutically implications that emerge.

    The analysis of practice and scientific research by V.O.Suhomlynsky about the teaching the "slow thinking" and "weak-minded" pupils in the Soviet secondary school. According to modern interpretations they are "children with mental and physical disorders" or "children with special educational needs".     : , . Participation in activity of childrens organizations as a mean of social

    integration for children with special needs: history and the present Generalized in this paper are the theory and experience of social

    integration for children with special needs during the 20-30th years of the 20th century, determined is the role of pioneer organizations in this process. The author has drawn the conclusion about reasonability of using the ideas inherent to special pedagogy within the studied period and modification of them with account of up-to-date requirements to organizing the correction-rehabilitation work performed in special and inclusive schools.
