INTRODUCTION

Over the past 10 years Oxfordshire has changed from a regional economy into an economic region which is connected globally to high growth industries such as the life sciences, digital and other new technologies. These changes have created many pressures and fault lines which are evident across the infrastructure, housing, office, retail and industrial sectors.

This event will provide an opportunity to talk about these issues and also provide a platform for showcasing solutions and examples of best practice which will enable the area to become an economic powerhouse within Europe.

n Entrants can be located in the UK (or anywhere in the world), however all projects submitted must be located in Oxfordshire

n For the sake of clarity, 2019 means from 1st January 2019 until the 31st December 2019

n All decisions taken by the panel of Judges are final and cannot be changed

n The Joint Chair of the panel of Judges shall have the deciding vote in the event of a split vote

n Entries sent to awards@ukpropertyforums.com cannot be returned and entry does not guarantee shortlisting

n Companies can enter as many categories and awards as relevant

n Any conflict between Judges and award submissions will be resolved by the Joint Chair
