El primer Happy Easter fue
celebrado con los niños del PHTOC.
Y se utilizó para la inauguración de
la terraza de piso 36.

La terraza del piso 36 cuenta con un
pequeño juego para niños y esta
área fue escogida como
PLAYGROUND DE PHTOC.

for children and it was named
PHTOC PLAYGROUND.
El tradicional GET TOGETHER de
residentes celebrado el pasado mes de
marzo en el salón de residentes del piso
14 “The bay”. Fue todo un éxito.

Movie Night, para los pequeñines
del PHTOC, fue muy concurrido en
la terraza del piso 36 con la película
Kunfu Panda.

La administración en conjunto con el
área comercial celebró el primer
coctel tipo Open House con el fin de
buscar tráfico en el área comercial
del PHTOC.
Adicional la pantalla del lobby
principal estará en modificación.
Pronto contará con el nuevo diseño
y actualización.
The administration and the
commercial area celebrated the first
Open House Cocktail with the
purpose to look for more visitors in
the PHTOC commercial area.
Additionally the main lobby screen
will be modified and will have a new
design.
Se estará señalizando el lobby
principal y todas las áreas comunes
que actualmente no están
señalizadas. Algunos ejemplos de lo
que pronto estará viendo.
The lobby and all the common areas
will have signage which aren’t
currently signaled. Please see the

El salón de residentes THE BAY, se le pulió
todo el piso y se pintaron todas las paredes.
The floor for the Resident's event room, THE
BAY, was polished and the walls were
painted.
Este salón está disponible para que los residentes
pueden hacer uso del mismo. Según
disponibilidad.

KEEPING de PHTOC tiene sus oficinas en PB
área del lobby de Bayloft donde cuentan con un
depósito de productos, lavadora y equipo de
limpieza para dar el mantenimiento a todas las
áreas comunes de la torre.

Lobby area, where they have a product
storage room, washing machine and cleaning
equipment for the maintenance of the

La señora Nelly Carpintero es quien está a cargo
de este importante departamento. Ella cuenta
con más de 12 años de experiencia y desde el
mes de septiembre del 2015 ha estado junto a su
equipo en esa ardua labor.
Mrs. Nelly Carpintero is the person in charge
of this important department. She has more
than 12 years of experience and since
September, 2015 has been giving hard work
with her team to your common areas.

The PHTOC Electro-mechanic Department.
Consta de profesionales realizando la labor de
mantenimiento diario a todos los equipos del
PH.
Has professionals doing the maintenance
work daily to all the PH equipment and
systems.
Nuestro equipo de FACILITIES se está
capacitando para estar a la vanguardia de
cualquier necesidad que el edificio requiera.
Our FACILITIES team has been trained to
be able to assist to any needs that the building
may have.

El PH cuenta con un Ingeniero Electromecánico
que vela por las áreas mecánicas de la torre y un
Arquitecto que está enfocado en las áreas
públicas.
The PH has an electro-mechanic engineer
that takes care of the tower’s electro-
mechanical areas and an architect that
focuses in the public areas.
Cabe destacar que son 6 unidades de técnicos
quienes conforman todo el departamento y son
las personas que día a día brindan el apoyo para
que nuestro edificio funcione eficientemente.
We want to acknowledge that there are 6 full
time technicians who belong to the
department and are the people who, daily,
offer their support to our building to make it
work efficiently.

which generate 13,200 Volts at 2

ILUMINACION
LIGHTING
En temas de iluminación se están atacando áreas
sensibles. Por ejemplo, iluminación de la entrada
principal a la torre.
In terms of lighting, we are working on
sensitive areas such as: Lighting of the main
entrance of the tower.
Dentro del lobby de residencias y en resto de las
áreas comunes. También en algunos puntos
estratégicos del edificio.
We are working inside the residential lobby
and the rest of the common areas. We are too
working in some strategic points of the
building.
Área de ocean deck. Se colocó una manguera de
LED para realzar la plataforma en las noches.
Ocean Deck Area. A LED light cord was
placed to enhance the platform at night.
En los niveles de estacionamiento se están
cambiando los tubos fluorescente 32w por focos
LED para contribuir en el ahorro energético e
iluminar algunas áreas que estaban escasas de
luz.
The florescent 32Watt tubes on the parking
levels are being changed for LED tubes to
contribute on the electricity consumption
savings and cover areas that previously
lacked lighting.

Nuestro edificio es un complejo de edificación
ubicado en el sector de Punta Pacífica,
Panamá. Esta torre posee 284 metros de
altura y se estima que el costo total fue de
aproximadamente US$ 430 millones.
Contamos con 70 pisos construidos y es
considerado el edificio más grande de
Panama y Latinoamérica. Es uno de los
pocos edificios que cuente con 5
componentes tales como Casino, área de
residencias, hotel, área comercial-
restaurantes y una torre de 10 pisos de
oficinas.
FUN FACTS!
Our Building is the largest building in
size between Mexico and Argentina,
which soars 70 Floors at a height of
284 Meters in the sky.
The cost of construction of the
building is estimated at $430MM
At one point during construction
there was more than 3,500 workers on
site.
The building consists of 5
components: Casino, Residents, Hotel,
Commercial area, and an Office Wing
of 10 floors.
