“Within Nine Minutes”“...The first of three suspects approached the counter and pointed a loaded 357 Magnum in the pharmacists face demanding, “I want your drugs…hurry up”. The suspect then placed a backpack on the counter and told the pharmacist to fill it up. The pharmacist staff quickly filled thye backpack along with the PCG Pharma Trac device. Law Enforcement began tracking immediately and the suspects were apprehended within 9 minutes of the robbery. The backpack containing all of the stolen pharmaceuticals and the loaded 357 were also recovered. This was the third robbery at this same pharmacy by these suspects. PCG Pharma Trac put an end to these serial robbers crime spree.“
“16 Prior Robberies Cleared”“...The suspects entered a drugstore, vaulted the counter and ordered the pharmacist to open the Cll cabinet at gunpoint. They quickly cleared out the cabinet, including the Pharma Trac, and escaped. The Webtracker® activated immediately and law enforcement from multiple agencies responded to the activation, including the King County Sheriff’s Office Guardian One helicopter. Within minutes, Lake Forest Park police captured the first suspect, the helicopter unit assisted in the second arrest, and a Lynnwood Police Department canine officer picked up the third robber. All of the drugs and the Pharma Trac device were safely recovered. It was later discovered that these robbers were connected to 16 prior pharmacy robberies in the area.”
$250,000 in Narcotics Recovered Within Minutes“A suspect broke through the door of a drug store and pried open the CII narcotics cabinet... He proceeded to dump the entire contents of the cabinet, including a hidden Pharma Trac, into a duffel bag and then ran... This entire event was caught on surveillance video and took place in only three minutes. Law enforcement from several cities received immediate notification of the robbery and were successful in tracking to and capturing the suspects, recovering all the narcotics and the PCG Pharma Trac. The approximate street value of the stolen narcotics was in excess of $250,000, and the Pharma Trac device was safely recovered.”
