NATIONAL PHARMACY WEEK CELEBRATION (06/10/2017 to 12/10/2017)

Faculty of pharmacy, Bhagwant University organized ‘pharmacy week’ on 6 October to 12 October 2017 in the University Campus, Ajmer. During this period Pharma rally, Poster presentation and collage making competition, quiz and extempore competition, education tour and seminar organized.

The pharmacy week was started with Pharma rally by the - Dr. Dinesh Mandot (Registrar, Bhagwant University, Ajmer) on date 06 Oct. 2017. The Poster presentation a n d c o l l a g e m a k i n g c o m p e t i t i o n inaugurated by respected chairman sir Dr. Anil Singh on date 07 oct. 2017. The quiz and extempore competition was started on date 08 Oct. 2017 and 09 Oct. 2017. An education tour to Saras dairy visit organized on date 10 oct. 2017.

In the end of Pharmacy Week a seminar organized on Rehabilitation in Arthritis through naturopathy and yoga on date 12 Oct. 2017 Speaker - Dr. Sunil Karamchandani vadick given seminar on arthritis and its treatment. Dr. Viswas Pareek teach different types of yoga.

In success of pharmacy week registrar Dr. Dinesh Mandot, Deputy Registrar Dr. C.M. Rajoria, HOD Mr. Naveen Jain, Mr. Budhram Saharan and Miss Pushpa Rawat give their important role to make successfully pharmacy week.

Faculty of pharmacy organized a s e m i n a r o n E c o f r e i n d l y Pharmaceutical Applications of hydrotropic solubilization, mixed hydrotropic solubilization and mixed solvency on 20th January 2018 at BU Campus. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Maheshwari from SGITS, Indore. Share his innovative ideas with the student.

Faculty of Pharmacy, Bhagwant University Ajmer organized one day industrial visit. The visit was carried out at Krishna Gopal Ayurvedic Pharmacy on 29th November, 2017 especially for B. Pharma student. The main objective behind the visit was to make student aware about how various activities related to manufacturing, production, testing and packaging of ayurvedic drugs.

The visit was organized with the prior permission and guidance of HOD Naveen Jain, Asst. Prof. Budhram Saharan, and Asst. Prof. Pushpa Rawat had taken hard efforts and initiative under the continuous guidance of Mr. Anand Sharma ( TPO) which made this visit a grand success. Total 24 students along with 4 faculty members have joined this industrial visit. College bus was allotted for the visit.

Pharma Rally was organized 6 October 2017 to aware the public about role of pharmacist. The rally started from Bhagwant university to chachiyawas village. 45 students and 5 faculty were participated in pharma rally.

Two Blood donation camps were organized by Bhagwant University. The first one was held on 25th Sep, 2017; where 45 students and 6 faculty members participated. Faculty members & students are 130 unit blood donated by Bhagwant university
