UI/UX DeveloperPhase Change is looking for a strong front-end developer with innovative visualization
skills to maximize end-user experience on our AI platform

We’re building technology that understands and structures the knowledge inherent in software and uses this
knowledge to comprehend and maintain software systems. We have the tools and data – we want you to help our
users make sense of it. We are looking for an engineer who can be a key contributor on a small team in designing
and developing an innovative user experience for understanding complex data in the software development domain.
You have experience implementing user-friendly interfaces for complex systems or ideas – building both prototype
and production applications. You are creative, pragmatic, excited and productive.
Candidates will have most of the following skills or experience:• 3-5 years development experience implementing a browser-based product interface. Candidates with a portfolio
of design work to share will be given extra consideration.
• Experience using Angular 2+ (or a comparable JavaScript framework)
• Familiarity with three.js or other 3D computer graphics experience would be highly desirable
• Experience visualizing complex data sets with or without libraries such as D3.js would be a plus
• Strong experience with JavaScript, JSON and interfacing with microservices
• Leading or being a strong contributor on a small, highly-collaborative team
• Comfort with pushing the state of the art and experimenting with unproven ideas
• Belief in iterative and evolutionary prototype approach to software development
• Balancing the ambition with practical constraints when developing design proposals
• Operating in Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or demonstrable experience including some combination of graphic
design, computer science, and HCI
