REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF ELECTRICAL INSPECTION (C.E.I.)

Please submit three (3) sets of the following requirements to the Support Services Department.

1. Single Line Diagram with complete technical specification – (Sizes of wires used, line or phase voltage, phase, rating of transformer/s either MERALCO owned or owner’s provided, ratings of circuit breaker and or protective devices, etc.)

2. Load Schedule – with specific load description, quantity, ratings, phase, operating voltage, circuit protection, size of wire/s, etc.

3. Computation of Loads (on separate sheets)

4. Grounding System Layout

5. Location Plan and Site Development Plan

6. Service Entrance/Concrete Pedestal Detail

7. Distribution Line Layout

8. Transmission Line Layout (Required for Developer)

9. Xerox copy of Electrical Permit and assessment of this project

10. Xerox copy of all possible test report of the system to be inspected to be signed & sealed by Prof. Electrical Engineer

NOTE: 1) Please refer to the latest copy of the Philippine Electrical Code

(P.E.C.) for other Standards. 2) Plans and documents should be in standard form (size), signed and

sealed by a Professional Electrical Engineer and Owner.
