1. To consider the proceedings of the meeting held on 03.03.2016. Confirm the proceedings of the meeting held on 03.03.2016. Resolution : Proceedings of the meeting held on 03.03.2016 are read and confirmed.

2. To consider the proposal of the principal Re : introduction of CBCS system from the next session Resolution : Resolved that CBCS system is going to be introduced from the current session only for Science (Hos.). in the new system teachers have to be well equipped in the new syllabi. For the benefit of the students a workshop will be arranged in collaboration with neighboring colleges.

3. Purchase of Library Books and Journal. Resolution : Be it resolved that as per new syllabus of CBCS Library books will be purchased for different Deptt. as early as possible. Principal is requested to do the needful in this regard.

4. To consider the proposal of the principal Re : Smooth conduction of admission process. Resolution : Be it resolved that admission of first year students will be done through online portal.

Resolution : Proceedings of the meeting held on 08.07.2016 are read and confirm. Agenda 2 : To consider the extension of affiliation in Computer Science (Genl.) in Under Graduate and

Zoology (M.Sc.) Post Graduate which can be started from next academic session.

Resolution : The authority is requested to do the needful in this regard.

Agenda 3 : To consider the proposal for installation of Virtual Class Room, as per letter received from

Higher Education dept. for sanctioning Rs. 3 Lakhs for installment of Virtual Class Room in the college.

Resolution : In this regard be it resolved Principal is requested to take necessary steps for installation of

Virtual Class Room as per rules which are indicated in the sanctioning letter.

Agenda 4 : To approve Desktop, Printer, Scanner for Kanyashree prakalpa.

Resolution : Resolved and principal is requested to arrange Desktop, Printer and Scanner for Kanyashree

Prakalpa as early as possible.

Agenda 5 : Proposal for organizing Seminars in different departments of college.

Resolution : Be it resolved that Heads of different departments are advised to organize State Level ,

National Level Seminar for the enrichment of teachers and students.

Agenda : 01 : To consider some of the recommendations of NAAC-Peer Team in their report of 2015.

Resolution : It is reported in the meeting that our college falls far short in collecting feedback from different

stakeholders like students, alumni, parents, N.S.S. Volunteers etc.

Be it resolved that feedback from different stakeholders as mentioned above must be collected and properly processed

from next academic year. All the Departments of the College are to be asked to do the needful in this regard. Such feedback

reports will also be uploaded in our College website duly.

Other recommendations like setting up ICT-based classroom, formation of research committee, keeping budgetary

provision for researches, purchase of research books, extension of consultancy services, registration for inflibnet to college

library, increasing the number of books and journals in the college etc. are discussed in the meeting. The Principal, the Head of

the College administration is requested to take adequate measures to address the mentioned issues properly in the next

development works of the institution.

Agenda : 02 : To consider the matters to be recommended to the college authority for quality enhancement.

Resolution : It is resolved that the following major points related to quality enhancement of the college be

recommended to the Governing Body of the College for taking necessary actions at the earliest.

Points :

1. To consider Re.: matter of setting up white board/green board/other possible ICT-based facilities in class-

rooms.

2. To consider formation of research committee in the college.

3. To consider some budgetary provision for research.

4. To consider formation of cultural subcommittee.

5. To consider creation of new teaching and non-teaching posts in the college.

6. To consider the matter of holding a book-fair under the supervision of IQAC in the College campus.

Agenda : 03 : To consider the future steps to be taken for the development of academic environment of the college.

Resolution : Be it is resolved that to extend an academic friendly environment throughout the College, a healthy

teachers-students rapport is to be built up through various cultural programmes round the year in all the departments of the

college. The grievances of the students and staff of the college are to be properly and timely addressed through the Grievance-

Redressal Cell of the College. IQAC will play a leading role in this regard.

Agenda : 04 : Misc. - To consider the proposal for issuing all types of notice of the college to IQAC.

Resolution : Be it resolved that a copy of all types of notice of the college be issued to IQAC from the college

authority.
