Directions For Tap-Switch-Tap Cards

*Each page has four tap-switch-tap cards. Print on cardstock, cut apart and laminate.

1. Student looks at the first picture.

2. Student says name of the first picture.

3. Student will tap out each sound in the word by tapping one sound on each fingerprint.

4. Student will SWITCH to the second picture. Then, say the name of the second picture, verbalize

what letter sound has been switched, then tap out the sounds on the fingerprints for the

second picture.
