This photo would have been taken by a parent or friend of one of the people in the photo. I think this because its not a perfect photo and its very put on. The people are looking into the camera and they know it is there. I could see this in a one of the parents home because they want to remember their progress and this day.

I think the story behind this photo would be the doctor telling some sort of news to the people who are in the office with him. I think it would be bad news simply because of the facial expression on the doctor and us not being able to see the reaction of the people who are receiving the news there, this would imply that the news is not good because there reaction is not seen.
