Testing Capability // Testing Capability

Before each single delivery we make 3 different tests to

guarantee the optimal performance:

Electrical test:

All the LED boards are tested before the assembly.

Finished product test:

Once the display has been assembled, there is a test to make

sure this step has not affected to the proper performance.

Before delivery test:

Before the packaging each display will be performing during 24h

to 48h to make sure the optimal performance.

Static Driving Vs. Dynamic Driving

LED Static Driving (monochromatic)

• When the display is showing a message, the LED

remains switched on 100% of the time.

• Coupled with the control of the LED binning, results in

optimal homogeneity in brightness and color level.

LED Dynamic Driving

• When showing messages, the LED is switched on at a

certain frequency (see picture), so the LED is more

stressed which directly reduces its lifetime.

• The result is a cheaper display with considerably lower

visibility.
