• Unlessdiscussedprior,pleaselimityourselectionofphotosto100individualimages.(Wedorealizeitishardtonarrowdown,however100hasbeendeterminedasitcreatesafinishedproductwhichisnottoolengthy,yetnottooshort).$1perimageisaddedtoyourfinaleventbillformontageslongerthan100photos.

• Thephotoscanbegiventouseitherashighqualitydigitalimages(JPGfilesideally.PDFfilescannotbeused)orwewillalsoaccepttheoriginalprintedphotos.Lowqualityimageswillnotlookgoodinthefinishedmontageandthereisnowayforustoimprovethequalityoftheprovidedmedia.Capturingphotoswithacellphoneofoldprintedimageswillnotwork.

• Weaskthatyoupleaseprovideuswiththeorderthatyouwouldlikethephotospresented.Hardcopiesofthephotosshouldbenumberedonthebacksofeachpicture.Ifyouareprovidingdigitalphotos,pleaserenamethefilenamestoshowtheorder.(forexample1.jpg,2.jpg,etc).Ifyouratherthemontagetodisplayimagesincategoriessuchasfriends,family,camp,etc.wecandoso.Werequirethatyoustillprovideordereachcategory.Ifimagesareprovidedtousinrandomorder,wewillputtheimagesinrandomorder.

• Ifmovieclipsarebeingaddedtothemontage,pleaseprovideinstructionastowheretheseclipsshouldbeadded.Note,anadditionalchargemayapplytoaddmovieclipsiftheyneedanyediting.Keepinmindmovieclipswillextendthelengthofthemontage.

• MUSIC:Ifyouwouldliketoselectsongsforthemontage,weaskthatyouselect3-4songsandspecifytheorderforthesongs.Wewillcutthetracksasneededtofitthevideoaccordingly.

• Ifyoureventhasalogoorcolorscheme,pleaseincludethatsowecantieinthethemeorfeelintoyourmontage.

• ComplimentaryrevisionsaremadewhenmistakesaremadebyOURerror.Otherwise,revisionswillbechargedattherateof$50eachrevision.Forthisreason,weaskthatyousubmitthepropernumberofphotosintherightorderwiththeexactsongsinadvance.(revisionsareverytime-consumingandoftenrequirerebuildingthefilefromscratch.Toensureefficiency,weaskthatyouproperlypreparethecontentsowecanaccuratelyproducethevideoforyou).
