Competences

I am an architect with 13 years of continuous, comprehensive experience. I possess a proven ability to lead project teams to successfully deliver agreed upon solutions of the highest quality, often in complex and challenging customer environments. For 9 years I have been in the position of the leading architect. During that time I have been involved in work on various categories and scales of projects: residential,

industrial, office and workshop, sport and recreations buildings, schools and hotels. I was engaged in all design stages: from conceptual, through building permit designs, executive, workshop drawings, as-built designs, to construction supervision. I also actively participated in design contests and tender bids. Such a diversity has been the constant source of motivation for broadening my experience and allowed me to maintain high level of involvement.

For the previous 7 years I have been responsible for creating a company from the scratch - the Polish department of Danish architectural office in Poland, Szczecin. Developing numerous budgets, timetables, offers, design contracts as well as analyses, has added to my skills and experience in coordinating the investment process and leading the team of architects.

I'm interested in the way work has been changing in the field of design and project management, particularly the phenomenon of BIM engineering proliferation. Experience in working with various software (Archicad, AutoCad, Revit), allows me to feel comfortable designing and managing project documentation. I have been working on Revit for over 2 years (metro station in Warsaw/PL, appartment houses in Sollentuna/SE) and in compliance with BIM environment (appartment house in Hillerod/DK , swim centre in Frederiksberg/DK).
