Responsible for maintaining nearly 7000 brokerage accounts and setting up and training new L.M. Kohn financial consultants on the RBC system.

Successfully helped to restructure and design back office to accommodate new filing system to house approximately 7000 files and accomplished filing all paperwork.

Firm has successfully passed numerous FINRA audits in a more timely manner due to the marked improvement in efficiency and organization.

Key facilitator in the research and implementation of a scanning system for a documentation library to hold more than 7,000 accounts with each account averaging approximately 8 – 10 documents.

Quickly learned two computer systems within 3 months of being hired. Learned that job descriptions had not been written for the various positions within the company, so

developed a “Job Description” for my position. Created a Training Manual for the back office. Have developed successful relationships with various RBC personnel and departments.

Led internal and external consumer research projects for ongoing innovation and marketing efforts. Researched and worked with software experts on a proposal for an electronic documentation library for Chiquita Marketing to cover over 10 years of marketing research. This system would make it possible to electronically share this information with Chiquita marketing personnel worldwide.
