Objectives

To Create a common Platform for physicians and patients.

make easy to explore physicians in their health profession.

To Make easy to find a doctor in different location for public.

Scope It will provide a guideline to find physicians by

specialty and location. It will create a platform for all physicians to

explore their profession and searching location and time of service.

It will provide a basic-search (search by location & search by specialty) to find the doctor in their area.

Methodology Data collection

Primary from of data collection is by visiting, hospital, polyclinics, clinics and by online physician registration form.

Secondary from of data collection is by collecting the list of doctors and their information from web suffering and Nepal Medical Council.

Testing Method

During the development and coding phase of the system testing will be continued and system will be made error free as far as possible.

For testing purpose unit testing will be used.

Front-end HTML, CSS, jQuery, Ajax will be used as front

end development tool..

Back-end PHP programming language with Mysql will be

So, this PIMS will provide a common platform for all health professionals, clinics, hospitals and patients.

It will fill the gab between health service providers, which will finally help to build the healthy and successful country.
