But it’s not just a bargain, it has features that shame many of its peers. Most pick-ups use a rudimentary leaf-sprung rear suspension. Musso Pick-up has multi-link rear suspension with coil springs – just like a car, which is how it drives.

All models feature stylish 18” alloy wheels; and the EX also has smart LEDs around the fog lights, roof rails, auto folding mirrors, rear parking sensors and 18” alloys that are finished in black to add just a little drama.

Fitted to EX models and linked to the dash-mounted 7” touchscreen the useful reversing camera gives you rear vision in the tightest corners.

Deep windows bring brightness to the spacious five-seat cabin, while the dark upholstery and LED-lit instruments keep things cool and contemporary. Air conditioning, leather covered steering wheel and gear knob, a high grade radio with both MP3 and Bluetooth capabilities are standard across the range.

The SE features new leather-look seats, a bright finish to the vents and controls and a smart steering wheel featuring controls for the radio, phone and cruise control.

Stepping up to EX brings the luxury of leather seats with front seat heaters and power adjustment on the driver’s side, an easy to use 7” touchscreen to control radio, phone and music via either USB or Bluetooth. Musso Pick-up’s 6 speed automatic gearbox is from Japanese manufacturer Aisin – renowned for its seamless shifts and with the ability to match the 400Nm produced by Musso’s torquey new engine.

Smooth and composed on the road, rugged and surefooted off-road, strong and dependable when towing a load. Musso's 178PS turbodiesel engine provides 400Nm of pulling power, while selectable 4x4 with low range and electronic driver aids (Electronic Stability Program and Active Rollover Protection) keep you firmly in control on and off the road.

And with a 1 tonne payload and 3 tonne towing capacity, Musso is ready to perform, whatever your business.

The new Rexton CSE is the affordable commercial 4x4. Based on the Rexton SE, the rear seats have been removed and a flat load floor created, leaving a cavernous space for you to fill with whatever your business requires. In addition, the rear windows have been tinted and an optional bulkhead is available for enhanced security.

Ideal as a small delivery van or go-anywhere vehicle for service engineers, or simply a light commercial to ensure you reach your destination in comfort.
