Our tree seedling program is an effort in soil conservation
and reforestation. We are not a nursery, but we are excited
to leverage our cost saving ability as a non-profit
government agency and pass it along to homeowners in our
area. We are not tree experts so we have had personnel
from ONDR’s Division of Forestry review and provide input
on the trees we offer to ensure that we are offering locally
beneficial choices. Knowing this, homeowners are
encouraged to research tree descriptions on their own
because our knowledge is often based on the same sources of
information that you can find. We also want to remind you
that we sell very young tree seedlings. As a result, not all
seedlings will survive, which is why we include high counts
in each pack to increase survival rates. Thank you for
joining us in our conservation efforts, it is a joy to work with
you!

There is no limit on the number of packets you may purchase. We reserve the right to make minor changes in stock if some species of
trees become unavailable. We will accept orders through
March 13, 2019 or until our supply is exhausted.
The seedlings are bare root stock.
Each packet is dipped into a preservative gel to keep the roots moist and then placed into a plastic bag. The seedlings should be planted
as quickly as possible after pick up to assure their vitality.
Seedlings are 2 to 4 years old. Each packet can easily be carried in one hand. Several packets will fit into an ordinary paper
grocery bag.
If you are unable to pick up your seedlings, please send someone or phone the office at 513-695-1337 to make special pick up
arrangements. Orders not picked up within one week after the original pick up dates will be considered abandoned. A phone call to our
office will usually result in a satisfactory alternate pick up plan.
