Participants receive an initial and final assessment as well as weekly weigh-ins, weekly workouts and nutrition advice. Awards are given to the individual as well as team that loses the most weight.   • Fall Fit ChallengeThe ResultsThis past Fall we ran our first ever Fall Fit Challenge program. This was a 10 week individual competition where we asked participants to complete weekly cardio, strength, nutrition and lifestyle challenges to earn points. It was a tight race right to the end with a final total out of 464 points and a one point difference from first to second place! Our top five finishers were:

    5th place: Jim Delouchry 420 points

    4th place: Nancy Sands-Bayley 421 points

    3rd place: Gerry Skelton 423 points

    2nd place: Terry Skelton 429 points

    1st place: Anne Marlowe 430 pointsAnne has been a very dedicated PRC member for many years and always gives 100% effort in both group fitness classes as well as her own personal workouts. Her dedication to health and fitness led her to take part in the Fall Fit Challenge program. Anne always made sure to attend the weekly workouts and greatly improved on her workout times and weights from week to week. She completed all weekly challenges to the best of her ability and stuck with the program throughout its entirety. The dedication and commitment Anne showed throughout the program led her to achieve the most total points at the end of the 10 weeks.

    Congratulations to Anne on being our very first Fall Fit Challenge Winner!
