Arrival at School School Hours for Primary 1 - 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. P1 pupils are to report directly to their teachers in their assigned
classroom at 8:30 a.m. P1 Parents / Guardians may accompany their daughters / wards to
their classroom only on these 3 days Recess School Recess for Primary 1 - 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. All pupils will be led to the canteen and P5 buddies have been
assigned (buddies will be with them till 13 Jan). Parents / Guardians may observe their daughters / wards from a
designated area at canteen.

school basket ball court (concourse during rainy day). Do not pick your daughters / wards from their classroom

Dismissal Time - Arrangement for Pupils Taking School Bus School Bus Driver will go up to the classroom and bring the
pupils down and go to the bus (to enable pupils to recognise their buses and parking location of the buses)
If Parents/Guardian (of pupils taking school bus) would like to
pick up their daughters / wards during these first 3 days, please arrange with bus driver.

Please do not park illegally along Blackmore Drive and Old Holland
Road – LTA will be here and they will issue summons (school unable
to make appeal against summons).
Traffic Information
To ensure smooth traffic flow :- - prepare your daughter to alight once car stops in the alighting zone - during school dismissal : if you daughter is not at the pick up area
yet, please drive on and rejoin the queue - stretch of Old Holland Road – please do not leave your car
unattended at any time when queuing to come in, no waiting one the side demarked by cone
- Blackmore Drive- please do not leave your car unattended, please
do not do illegal u-turn (including at traffic light junction*) - please follow instructions from traffic warden / security guard - be patient, coming to MGS means patience with local traffic

Safety
- P1 pupils are not to walk home themselves, if unable to find bus operator or parents, they are to report to GO office
- emergency drills will be held at least once a year.
- activation of ambulance – goes to NUH (nearest hospital)
Health
- Temperature taking exercise will be conducted in Jan 2018
- MOE will issue Oral Digital Thermometers to P1 pupils.
