WHAT IS PARTNERS IN EXCELLENCE (PIE)?

Partners in Excellence (PIE) is Auto Truck’s award and recognition program that is designed to tie individual employee performances to key business objectives. Employees are awarded and recognized for meeting yearly PIE goals. Employees will be rewarded with quarterly payouts for location specific goals and an annual payout for Auto Truck Group consolidated goals.

Am I eligible?

All full-time and part-time active employees who are not on the Manager Bonus program are eligible to participate. Full time employees will receive pro-rated payouts that will be calculated based on the employee’s start date. Part-time employees will receive pro-rated payouts based on average hours worked for the annual payout. Agency, contract, temporary and seasonal employees are not eligible for any of the PIE awards.

If you start prior to the 15th of the month, you will be given credit for the month that you started in; otherwise, your credit towards PIE will begin on the following month. Quarterly payouts are for employees who have been on company payroll the entire quarter. You must be employed by Auto Truck on the date of the award to receive the payout.

PARTNER OF THE WEEK

Partner of the Week recognizes employees that go out of their way to support their co-workers, customers, suppliers and ultimately the company. POW is a Manager/Supervisor/Lead award program that instantly recognizes employees who support Auto Truck Group’s PIE goals by:

• Excellent Customer Service• On time production• Quality build in support of warranty PIE goal• Safety and Health• Contributing to cost savings• Manager’s discretion – personal improvement

Awards & Recognition

Daily awarded tickets are collected in a container for the week. At the end of the week, a drawing for VISA gift cards will be held and there will be multiple winners. An employee does not need to be present to win the award.

PARTNER OF THE QUARTER

Partner of the Quarter is a Peer/Manager/Supervisor/Lead award program that recognizes employees that go out of their way to support their co-workers, customers, suppliers and company goals. Employees from all Holman Automotive companies can be nominated using the online portal that is located on Ignite or by submitting a paper nomination in the PIE nomination box. Nominations can be received from co-workers, supervisors, customers and suppliers. It is not appropriate to nominate yourself.

Awards & Recognition

POQ awards will be communicated on a quarterly basis. Winners will be awarded a certificate of appreciation. On an annual basis, there is no limit to the number of times an eligible employee can win. The first time an individual is recognized in a calendar year*, they will be awarded a $150 gift card. All subsequent awards in the same calendar year will result in a $200 gift card. Individuals that receive a Partner of the Quarter award are automatically entered for Partner of the Year consideration.

On a quarterly basis, all individuals who have earned a POQ award will be recognized in front of their peers at an awards ceremony.

PARTNER OF THE YEAR

Partner of the Year is the most prestigious award given through the PIE program. Each year, employees can nominate their co-workers across all locations for their extraordinary contributions during the year to support the company goals, for providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers/suppliers and/or those who you feel are deserving of this prestigious title.

Individuals can be nominated by submitting a paper nomination in the POY nomination box or by using the portal on the Ignite site. Nominations can be received from co-workers, customers and suppliers. It is not appropriate to nominate yourself. All Partner of the Quarter winners (POQ 4th quarter prior year and POQ 1-3 current year) are automatically entered for Partner of the Year considerations.

Awards & Recognition

Winners will receive a POY award of $1,000 and enjoy an expense paid trip with a guest. The trip will be in conjunction with Partners of the Year and Circle of Excellence award winners from other Holman Automotive companies. All finalists will receive a $500 award. POY finalists will be broadcasted to the entire company in advance of the POY Winners announcement.

The POY awards will be recognized in front of their peers at an award ceremony.
