I-SQUARE
Background of I-Square
• I-Square is a redeveloped, pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use “Town Center” located in Western NY
• Owned and operated by local residents, Michael and Wendy Nolan
• I-Square includes:
– Construction of seven new buildings
totaling over 92,000 sq ft and new road
extension
– Art Gallery, Outdoor Amphitheatre Stage,
Community Learning and Business
Conference Center, Rooftop Gardens,
Retail, Restaurants, Office and Residential
Space
• Construction began Spring 2013
A Positive, Community Driven Project
• Conducted over 100 community presentations, tours of I-Square
• Community response/feedback extremely positive and incorporated into project
• Currently over 4,000 followers on Facebook and 980 on supporter email list
I-Square Goals: Redevelop, Revitalize, Renew
• developing a “Four Corners” by extending Cooper Rd and eliminating Union Park
• creating a Town Square by blending shopping, dining, living, and playing in one place
• constructing all new buildings with modern amenities and interesting architecture
• making crosswalks safer and the entire area more pedestrian and bike friendly
• promoting an atmosphere that is safe and fun for all ages
• incorporating a stage for community concerts and an Art Gallery for area artists
• working with local businesses and supporting their efforts
• involving the community in all aspects of the development process
I-Square Green Goals
• When complete, I-Square will have the largest concentration of Alternative Energy and Green
Technologies within the area
• In addition to the Rooftop Garden and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, I-Square’s Green
Programs includes:
– Pervious Sidewalks, Parking Lots
– Storm Water Management to Reduce Runoff
– Rain Harvesting and Recycling for Landscaping
– Solar Alternative Energy Creation Onsite
– Community and Local School Educational Partnerships
• A destination point for school trips and group tours where all features of our Alternative Energy
are visited and discussed with energy savings and educational visuals placed throughout

• 5 and 10 year options available
• Your partnership with I-Square will bring you benefits such as:
– Reaffirming you as a leader being at the forefront of this positive, community driven
project
– Solidifying and building your brand at a high level of visibility within your current
and potential customer base
• In addition to your name prominently displayed within your area of
sponsorship, you will be promoted:
– on our I-Square billboard that has +/- 14,200 average Vehicles per day pass by as well
as high pedestrian traffic
– on our Website, Facebook Page and Email List with over 3,000 supporters/followers

The Outdoor Performing Arts Stage at I-Square
• Outdoor Amphitheatre style stage with seating area for 400 plus spectators
• Will host high quality musical and theatrical performances featuring amateur and professional venues
• Plan to include a “Jumbotron” style TV for events like “Sunday Football Games”, “Movies Under the Stars” and Teen/Young Adult nights
• Sponsorship name and logo will be
displayed prominently on stage

Art Gallery
• Art Gallery located on 1st floor of Building 4 to feature shows of various types of Art
from various levels of Artists
• High demand in community and surrounding areas for local professional venue
• Plans within Gallery Building to include a frame shop, small coffee shop and a fully
equipped Art Learning Center for after school programs, evening classes and event

• Sponsorship name will be included
on all gallery event promotional
materials
• 2,500 sq ft Green Rooftop Garden is located on Building 1 and includes sedum
mats, planters, pavers and seating
• Rooftop Garden has two functions:
1. Environmental
• Reduces energy consumption by reducing overall heat absorption
of the building
• Reduces storm water runoff
• Provides energy through solar panels on South End of Roof
2. Entertainment
• Area will be a focal point within the development for patrons to enjoy
their meal or beverage at tables, benches and fire pit
• Space is available for rental for private parties or premium seating for
Outdoor Stage viewing

Green Roof on Building 1
• Building 1 Garden will connect to our extensive “Roof Walk” on Buildings 1, 4 and 5
• Sponsorship name and logo will be displayed prominently on Rooftop Garden and
included on Rooftop event announcements

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
• Six Electric Vehicle Charging stations offering
“free charging” for EV while at I-Square
• Stations will be located in front of Stage Building
(#2) and reserved for EV
• I-Square will become a destination point for EV
owners to reserve charging time though
ChargePoint Network via smartphone

• Digital screens will display amount charged and “Provided by Sponsor Name”
• Sponsorship name and logo will be displayed prominently among stations

• Six Large Interactive Digital Kiosks placed prominently throughout I-Square
• Touch Screen Directories will allow users to access information such as:
– Schedule of Events at I-Square and within Community

– Directory of area businesses
• Content managed and updated through Web portal
• Sponsorship name and logo displayed on each directory
