The lesson includes a planned assessment to check if the objective has been learned. 2.Assessment data is gathered and analyzed by both the teacher and the student. 3.New lesson is formulated in response to the data. A new objective may be formulated or the teacher and students continue to work towards the original objective(s). The teacher may adjust the teaching strategy. Then they need to be assessed again. PIMSE Expectations 1 Develop a classroom routine that incorporates ASSISTment and the fellows teaching. This will be highly personalized. Teachers will observe the fellows teaching once a month to help them reflect on their teaching. Twice in the year there will be a videotaped formal observation. Fellow will give an interactive presentation of their work to the students. Fellows Work Lets look at the logs the Fellows have to fill out as a way to make sense of what their responsibilities are.
