September 25, 2010, 1-5 p.m. Pink Stiletto Day at Hastings (held at Hastings Racecourse on the PNE fairgrounds at Renfrew and Hastings) will host an exclusive VIP-designated area in SILKS, during BC Oaks Day at Hastings Racecourse.* Guests must be 19 and older; wear stilettos at your own discretion as there are stairs to negotiate.Pink Stiletto Day at Hastings 2010 is a feeder fundraiser in support of two premium fundraisers/charities in the Fraser Valley - The Crystal Gala Foundation and Nite of Hope White Rock-South Surrey. IF THE SHOE FITS The lucky lady who fits into our stiletto will take home the shoes! PARADE OF HATS We’ll be scouting and short-listing the most spectacular fedoras for a Parade of Hats!

THE CHARITIES
This November fundraiser is supported by the Cystal Gala Foundation. Funds raised go to support the Crystal Breast Health Unit at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre and a special team of navigator nurses. Event details http://bit.ly/9JiKIX

September 25, 2010, 1-5 p.m. is Pink Stiletto Day at Hastings Racecourse in a special VIP area limited to 100 guestsPink Stiletto Day 2010 is a feeder fundraiser in support of two premium fundraising events in the Fraser Valley - The Crystal Gala (Abbotsford), and Nite of Hope White Rock-South Surrey.PS Day will be held during the BC Oaks Day at Hastings Racecourse on the PNE Fairgrounds.
The event includes: A Parade of Hats • Buffet • Silent Auction • Displays • If the Shoe Fits? • Bet bussing • Red Hat Society Challenge • Gift Bags • Prize Draws • Canadian fashion designer Malene Grotrian and others coming on board.
DEMOGRAPHICOur guest list includes women (and men) age 20 to 60, with above-average income levels, who celebrate the philanthropist lifestyle, the equestrian spirit, good health, fashion and beauty.
PROMOTION OF THE EVENT:-Your logo in the print media campaign inviting Lower Mainland newspapers including The Sun, The Province, BIV and Georgia Straight- Visual communication includes BCTV, CTV, and CKNW as well as social media releases-Datebook entries in community newspapers

AT THE EVENT:-Table settings will host a gift bag for each guest which includes sponsor brochures or coupons provided by our sponsors by SEPT 1, as well as an assortment of gifts and treats-An easel will proudly display and promote our sponsors’ logos (hi-res images required)-Sponsors will be thanked on our special event program to be placed at each table setting-A special sponsor table will be set up outside of the VIP area for promotion to all guests attending Hastings Racecourse for the BC Oaks races
