Widely considered one of the country’s greatest chefs, Quatrano is known for her meticulous attention to detail, use of fresh, simple ingredients, locally grown seasonal and organic produce, often from her own family farm. She has earned recognition in Food & Wine’s “10 Best New Chefs,” “Rising Stars Mentor Award,” “Golden Whisk Award,” and membership on the board of Women Chefs & Restaurateurs as well as the James Beard Foundation.
