To expand the business the company needed to hire CEO. The whole case is about the error of recruitment and selection process.

Pinpoint network recruited CEO without maintaining proper recruitment process.

The search firm simply presented potential candidates with out recommending any one in particularly.

The search firm claimed that pinpoint network did not verified the information with proper procedure.

According to the search firm investigation, among the 70 potential candidates, they found 39% had serious problem of fraud and violation of company rules.
