PtHA Pre-Entry Flat Fee: $125.00 All Day Fee o Pre-entries must be postmarked 10 days prior to the show. o Includes: entry fee, judge fee & class fee & Illinois PtHA 2020 membership

Per Class fee: Pre/Post entry: $28.00 o Includes, entry fee, judge fee and class fee

Post-Entry/Day of Show Flat Fee: $125.00 All Day Fee o Includes: entry fee, judge fee & class fee

Stall Fee: $50.00 per stall. Horses staying overnight must be stalled. o Stalls reserved for the IL Paint Show are covered in IL Paint fees. o Shavings available at show for an additional cost or bring your own

Camping Fee: $50.00 (2 nights) (Any over-night stay.)

*Class adds and scratches must be completed at least 2 classes prior to the class added or scratched.

*All fees are non-refundable. All horses entering the grounds will pay either a stall or grounds fee.

*Show committee reserves the right to combine or cancel classes. Youth and Amateur classes will be

combined to obtain full points if there is less than a full point class.

Prepaid reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the show’s starting time will be refunded with vet or doctor certificate only. This show will be held in accordance with the rules of the Pinto Horse Association of America, Inc. No exceptions! To show a stallion, exhibitors must be at least 19 years old. Warning: Under the Equine Liability Act, each participant who engages in an equine activity expressly assumes the risk of engaging in and legal responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from the risk of equine activities. Every entry shall constitute an agreement that the person making it, and/ or all persons connected with the horse or pony shall be subject to the constitution and the rules of PtHA and PtHA of Illinois. The PtHA of Illinois and all persons connected with the PtHA and the show grounds are not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries.
