LAGUNA BLANCACESIUM POTENTIAL OVER 8 KM2

A surface sampling program has been completed and initial assays from surface brine samples in the follow up grid area assayed 1035 - 1230 mg/l LITHIUM plus 13500 - 15200 mg/l POTASSIUM

Initial sediment sample assays define a 4+ km sq area enriched in CESIUM ranging from 75 - 690 ppm and averaging 240 ppm which is open to the NW, NE and SE

PHASE 1 IS DESIGNED TO FURTHER EXPLORE THE SPECIFIC 4KM2 OF CESIUM ENRICHED SALT DEPOSITS IDENTIFIED BY THE LATE 2018 RECONNAISSANCE GEOCHEMICAL SAMPLING PROGRAM WITH A VIEW TO ESTABLISHING THE GRADE DISTRIBUTION AND TONNAGE POTENTIAL.

CARMONADISSEMINATED GOLD AND/OR GOLD-COPPER

PORPHYRY DEPOSITS

Carmona is a 8,300 hectare ‘grassroots’ exploration property located 95 kilometers southeast of La Serena and covers several large zones of hydrothermal alteration which encompass an old pre-Columbian gold mining camp.

Regionally it straddles the west flank of the Chilean Mega copper-gold porphyry belt and the Paleocene copper-gold porphyry - epithermal gold-silver belt. Historic and current artisanal mining production grades from epithermal gold-silver veins within the property range from 10 – 70 g/t gold and 100 – 1100 g/t silver.

Reconnaissance stream sediment and rock samples collected from the main alteration zone along the central structural axis of the property returned anomalous gold and silver values from the rock samples ranging from 0.5 – 26.2 g/t gold and 2.1 – 256 g/t silver. The anomalous samples cluster into three main areas from 6 - 13 km² and totaling 26 km² in extent.

Rock samples from the southernmost anomalous area which includes several old mines, assayed 12.4 – 18.3 g/t gold plus 95.4 – 231g/t silver over 1.5 – 2m widths. The highest-grade sample of 26.2 g/t gold however is from a new discovery within the northern half the central 13 km² anomalous area.

Detailed follow up sampling programs are in progress in the southern and central target area containing the 26.2 g/t gold discovery.

APOLO AND SANCARRON

Apolo and Sancarron are ‘grass roots’ exploration properties located 130 kilometers northeast of La Serena in the core of the El Indio Gold Belt noted for its multi-million ounce gold deposits such as El Indio, 20 kilometres to the south and Pasqua-Lama, 35 kilometres to the north.

Both properties cover multiple large zones of gold and silver bearing hydrothermal alteration.

The properties are accessible by the all-weather road from La Serena to the El Indio mining camp and then by seasonal dirt roads up the Rio del Medio and Rio Apolinario valleys.

The Apolo Property consists of 1 exploration and 12 exploitation concessions totaling 2,730 hectares. The Sancarrón property consists of 4 exploration and 6 exploitation concessions totaling 2,700 hectares.

Both of the properties are owned by Lithium Chile Inc through its wholly owned Chilean subsidiary Compania Minera Kairos Chile Limitada.
