Pipeline Wars, Urasia Aginst USA-EU

February 2002, an agreement is reached for establishing a pipeline from the

Caspian Sea, Iraq and through Egypt to Europe. Turkey, some European

countries and the United States of America, formed partnerships and were the

investors. The project was called Nabucco. With the realization of Nabucco,

Europe was importing successively 36% gas and 20% of its oil from Russia

would end the dependency on Russian oil and gas. The new pipeline from the

Caspian Sea and the Middle East, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Iraq and the United Arabic

Emirates joined in Erzurum , Kurdish town in Turkey and then crosses some

former Russian satellite countries, to reach Austria and other European

countries.

The project partners in the beginning were Botash (BOTAŞ) from Turkey and

OMV of Austria. These two partners at the Vienna summit in February 2002

which soon joint to Transgaz of Romanian, Hungarian MOL Group and the

Bulgarian gas (Bulgargaz) from Bulgaria, established the project Nabucco.

Nabucco named from an Opera of Giuseppe Verdi. Five partners celebrated this

agreement in Vienna as they were watching the Nabucco Opera. In 2009

Germany was another Nabucco shareholder. In 2010, the contract acknowledged

the founders.

Nabucco 3893 -kilometer pipeline, passes Ahiboz near Ankara and Konya in

Turkey, where it joins the two other pipelines from Iraq and another branch from

Georgian, then will be fed by Tabriz- Ankara pipeline and continue to reach to

Europe. 2732 km of the line passes through Turkey and the rest passes through

Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary to Austria. Main gas suppliers of Nabucco,


will be Iraq / Kurdistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Egypt. Iran urged to join

the project and promised to supply gas to the partner, but despite the support of

Turkey , she is opposed by the European Union and USA . France is among the

countries that buy a 9 % stake from Austria, and became shareholders of the

consortium.

1. On the opposite, Russia in competing with Nabucco, and constructs a

pipeline alternatively named the Russian North (North Stream). This line,

launched in 2011, from Russia through the Baltic Sea to Northern Germany,

passes Ukraine and Belarus. Thus Ukraine should remain as a satellite Vassal of

the Russian Neo-Tesarism. Two new rival blocks, the West. The USA one side

and on the other side Eurasia confronting the Ukraine as the bottleneck of the

lines. Thus Ukraine for Europe and USA in one side, and on the other hand for

Russia place more than ever has been a crucial transit.

Added to all that Ukraine is a country with a large market, the fourth largest

arms export, possessing the rare enriched black soil for farming and having the

port of Sevastopol, the Black Sea and the Crimea. Sevastopol and Crimea were

annexed to Moscow overnight by a military invention of Russian oligarchs.

Ukraine, by having such crucial situation at least should be divided, if not

occupied. In the center of the Europe, rule by Germany, the Reich of post

Hitlerism and USA, in rival with Eurasia, Ukrainians are being victimized.

The 2002 Pipeline Project, which followed by detachment of USA from

cooperation, in 2007 was directed by "south pipeline" and took on a different

form.

South pipeline from the Black Sea to the Balkans by shortening the length

toward Western Europe was planned. Work on the project progressed, in 2012


and it was predicted that be completed in 2018. The pipeline is estimated to have

a capacity of producing 63 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year.

For The geopolitical map of the Russian oligarchs, who have taken over

production of energy, weapons, and mineral raw materials for export, Nabucco

is an existential threat. Alexander Dugin, the Rasputin Neo tsarist and the

political / military and security adviser of Kremlin in Russia, serve as a theorist

of war against Nabucco, called for war to crush the Nabucco pipeline project as

a means of stopping attempts to decrease European dependency on Russian

energy resources.1

Alexander Dugin known of Turkey is known for his controversial support ofthe

Ergenekon terrorist organization - support he later retracted to distance himself

from being affiliated with terror - is in the spotlight again after commenting on

the Nabucco natural gas pipeline project.

Thus he was an important figure of the rebuilding of the new Russian Empire as

he declared war against Ukraine in 2009 According to Akan Faruk.2

Ergenekon

Ergenekon is the name given to an ultra-nationalist and terrorist military group in

Turkey. Retired General Memduh Ünlütürk, who was involved in the anti-

communist Ziverbey interrogations following the 1971 coup. Major General

Ünlütürk told Mütercimler that Ergenekon was founded with the support of the

CIA and the Pentagon.[3] Mütercimler was detained during the Ergenekon

investigation for questioning before being released.[11]

The person whose testimony contributed most to the indictment, Tuncay Güney,

described Ergenekon as a junta related to the Turkish Resistance Organization

(Turkish: Türk Mukavemet Teşkilatı, TMT) operating in North Cyprus; the

TMT was established by founding members of the Counter-Guerrilla.[18]

Former North Cyprus President Rauf Denktaş denied any connection of the

TMT to Ergenekon.[19]

Based on documents prepared by one of the prosecutors, an article in Sabah says

that the alleged organization consists of six cells with the following

When speaking to the Eurasia news portal(6) Dugin said the Nabucco project

aims to bypass Russia as an alternative gas route and must be prevented at all

costs, even if that means waging war. "If a military intervention is needed, then

it must be done. This is directly relevant to the geopolitics of natural gas, and all

means are allowed in geopolitics," he said.

Dugin is strictly in favor of Russian expansionism and nationalism and is closely

affiliated with the Kremlin and Russian Military Intelligence. He is a strong

proponent of the restoration of the Russian Empire through a partitioning of the

former Soviet republics and unification with Russian-speaking territories.

"We have to topple Nabucco and partition Ukraine. Ukraine has to be divided

into two vassal states. We have to always be a step ahead of our rivals. If we

step back on natural gas, this obliges us to step back in other fields, too. And this

is impossible to accept," Dugin opined.(7)

In competition against the Russianglobal giant " Gazprom " which gripped the

industrial bottleneck in Europe, especially in Germany , Nabucco has employed

Fisher (Joseph Martin "Joschka" Fischer) to manage the southern pipeline. Thus

Mr. Fischer, the former German Foreign Minister and Vice Chancellor of

Germany's Green Leaders period of 1997 to 2005, a coalition of Social

Democrats, opposed buying gas from Russia and became a consultant Nabucco

consortium.

Fischer, known as the “six-figure salaries” and as a consultant and then as

president of the South line of the project in junction with «RWE», German

partners has been employment. After the failure of Gerhard Schroeder in 2005

as Chancellor of Germany, the former chancellor of the German Social

Democratic Parliamentary Elections in Germany by his rival Christian democrat,

Fischer’s boss was hired by Russian oligarchs to manage the North pipeline. The

former Chancellor of Germany was bought by Gazprom, to grant the Northern

Pipeline Gazprom (North Stream) to begin flowing. He was supposed to grant

flowing of up to 55 billion cubic meters of Russian natural gas to Germany and

Europe from the Baltic. This is the largest project pipeline by sea in the world.

Gerhard Schroeder headed ”Northern Line”, and was hired to manage spreading

the pipeline to Europe from Germany. Apart from Germany, Netherlands,

France, Belgium and England are linked to this pipeline. By lobbying of former

Social Democratic chancellor of Germany, France and the Netherlands each

purchased a 9 % stake in northern pipeline from Russia.

Germany, with dependency of more than 35 % and Europe with 25 % of its

energy needs from Russia are under Damocles’ Sword. In other words, if the gas

valve is closed, German capitalism would be faced with a crucial crisis, millions

of workers would be unemployed, and labor movements would rise. As well, the

Russian oligarchs would be poured into the deadly collapse.

Nabucco has Fischer for lobbying and Gazprom, and has hired Gerhard

Schroeder as dealer. There is an inherent lack of ethics and instability in

treacherous capitalists and political leaders that would in an instant, turn on each

other. The two actors can simply be replaced with each other. Gazprom, is

promoting a new line called "Pipeline of the South" that stretched from the

Black Sea to Bulgaria and Italy and by passing through Ukraine; expands to

Western Europe.


In April 2012 one of the leaders of the German Social Democratic Party SPD,

Hennig Wa chevau was selected as the Chairman of the Nabucco pipeline

project, South- stream. Hungary is a former Russian project joined with the

plans «South stream» of western financiers and serving Russian rivals. For the

first time, Norway has surpassed Gazprom of Russia and sold 10% more gas to

Europe. Azerbaijan has also entered the market and were under the control of

Turkey and the EEC.


From Nabucco to TAP

New approaches to the evaluation of capitalist engineering, Trans Adriatic

Pipeline, TAP altered the Nabucco 2002 project to be passed through Greece.

Greece which had supplied its gas from Russia, under a deadly austerity of

common market and E U, and joined the TAP.

Greek public company DEPA and DESFA (state- owned gas company) were

“nationalized” and now is joint to the TAP which is running from Azerbaijan

through Turkey.

Changing of Nabucco to TAP, the old estimated distance nearly 3,900

kilometers at beginning of the year 2002, passing through

Azerbaijan, Georgia and Bulgaria, were reduced significantly. Instead Nabucco

2002, the Trans Anatolian Pipeline stands against the vital artery of Russia. And

in this bottleneck, Russia stands and is leading Eurasia as a rival capitalist block.

Ukrainian, Syria war and supporting The Islamic regime of Iran to be armed

with nuclear weapons, ballistic missiles and nuclear energy under Russian hands

should be considered as a part of Eurasian policy and the Pipeline’s battles

With the completion of the Southern Nabucco project, which was started in

Azerbaijan and spans through Turkey, is expected to be operational in 2018.

Western Nabucco (Nabacco / west) is the only part that remains of previous

projects. The flow of gas from Azerbaijan to Turkey and transit areas of

Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary expands to Austria and rest of Europe. The

Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) pipeline passes through Greece and Albania and

the Adriatic Sea to southern Italy which is 500 kilometers shorter than the

Western Nabucco.

Revision of Nabucco 2002 can be explained from both geopolitical and

multilateral capital prospective. The change in Austria's OMV Company that has

for years backed Nabucco affected the revision of the old project. The company

BEH of Bulgaria, Romania and FTSZ Hungarian benefit as this is the gas transit

countries and join to "West". The Financial Visionary of German RWE

Company which had earlier backed the initial Nabucco, withdrew from old

Nabucco and joined the "TAP".

Turkey - Azerbaijan Consortium, Shah Deniz II, is the main member of the

Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP). Norwegian companies Statoil, Swiss Axpo oil

and gas corporations share 25.5% of giant "Shah Deniz II", British Petroleum

(BP) with 25.5% Lukoil of Russia, "National Iranian Oil Company» (NIOC)

and Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) are also among other shareholders

in this project..

The Giants of ASA

In parallel and linked to Nabucco, oil companies the multilateral ASA (ASA-

DNO) under Bijan Mossavar Rahmanis management was founded.

Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani started his oil and gas career as founder and president

of Houston-based Apache International, Inc. A former delegate to OPEC

Ministerial Conferences, he served as the assistant director for international

energy studies at Harvard University's Energy and the Environmental Policy

Center, the Commandeur de l'Ordre National de la Côte d'Ivoire for services to

the energy sector of that West African nation.

Bijan Mossavr Rahmani was the chairman of the oil company RAK in the

United Arabic Emirates and Chief Executive Officer DNO merged oil

companies' DNA/ ASA. Norak then bind to the a world oil giant. "ASA” and

The Emir of Ras al-Khaimah joint together in 2012. ASA and DNO prepare 355

thousand barrels of oil daily from Kurdistan (Iraq/Mosel) and Yemen.

DNO investments in the oil company owns 55 percent, crown

(Tawke), Genel Energy has 25 percent and The Kurdistan Regional

Government owns 20 per cent.

Interfere with the oil companies, especially American, Erbil, capital of

Iraqi Kurdistan, is now a major center for the oil accordingly.

Oil companies from around the world have taken to Kurdistan and

iraq,Kurdistan being ninth in the world in oil-producing states.

Kurdistan has been the focus of the world's oil giants

the Middle East and North Africa. An experienced industry executive, he

serves concurrently as Chairman of RAK Petroleum Public Company


Limited in the United Arab Emirates and of Foxtrot International, LDC, a

Franco American oil and gas company active in West Africa, founder and

first chief executive of Houston based Apache International. He is the

Director of the Masonic Persepolis Foundation.

Sharmin Mossavar-Rahmani, the wife, is chief investment officer of

the Private Wealth Management Group at Goldman Sachs, and she

joined Goldman Sachs as a partner in 1993. She previously worked at

Fidelity Management Trust Co., where she was chief investment

officer for all separate and co-mingled fixed income accounts. She is

on the national advisory board of the Merage Foundation for the

American Dream.

Companies and banks under the management of the Bijan Mossavar Rahmani,

Dugin’s alliance in the Libyan’s civil war and Gadhafi’s mass murdering,

Bashar Assad are Gaddafi and their war are the battle of Eurasia.

Syria on the other hand is of vital importance to Russia as it serves as the port at

Tartus a trading outpost for Russian cargo and military ships and Russian access

to the Middle East markets and a security buffer for Terrorist Islamic groups to

travelling freely through Syria and Turkey, Iran, Iraq and into the Caucasus.

Dugin even named Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups like Daesh as the allies

of Eurasia’s block.

” Simple conservatives and their supportive mass, for example, of the Islamic or

Orthodox persuasion are unlikely to realize the necessity of alliances with the

According to Dungin, all these fundamentalist and reactionary forces are

labelled as as "universalists" and which fighting against globalization, are anti-

capitalist, anti-liberalism, anti-communism and anti-"imperialist". They are

elements to establishment of an integrated global fight. Dugin’s front is

universal and unites with Daesh-Al Qaeda, Hamas, the Islamic Republic of Iran,

Hizballah, Zionist and Jewish fundamentalists, fanatics, and even Turkey

«Ergenekon».

Dugin’s argues in favor of the coalition of the "holy terror":

“Today, we invite all who insist on the worth of the specific values of non-Western civilizations, and where there other forms

of values exist ...” (15)

Alexander-Dugin-global terrorism

“It cannot fight solely under the banner of Orthodox Christianity…

According to Dugins, Issis, and all other Islamic and terrorist forces have a

common enemy and a common goal:

“Jihadis are universalists, just as secular Westerners who seek globalization are.

But they are not the same, because the Western project seeks to dominate all the

We are submerged in this global cultural hegemony. Salafist universalism is a

kind of marginal alternative. They should not be thought of in the same way as

those who seek globalization. They also fight against our enemy. We don’t like

any Universalists, but there are Universalists who attack us today and win, and

there are also non-conformist universalists who are fighting against the

hegemony of the Western, liberal universalists, and therefore they are tactical

friends for the time being. Before their project of a global Islamic state can be

realized, we will have many battles and conflicts. And global liberal domination

is a fact. We therefore invite everybody to fight alongside us against this

hegemony, this status quo. I prefer to discuss what is the reality at present, rather

than what may exist in the future. All those who oppose liberal hegemony are

said that politics begins by distinguishing between friends and enemies. There
