CRYOGENIC GAS PL ANTSWhen combined with inlet treating, NGL fractionation,

TEG dehydration, and residue compression, Enerflex

offers a single point of contact to evaluate the integration

and design of the entire system.

CORE CONFIGURATION

» Molecular sieve dehydration;

» Gas Subcooled Process for

moderate ethane recovery;

» Recycle-Split-Vapor process

for ultra high ethane and

superb propane and heavier

hydrocarbons recovery;

» Stainless steel de-methanizer;

» Brazed aluminum heat exchangers;

» Up to 99% ethane recovery*;

» Up to 100% propane recovery*;

» 100% butane recovery;

» Effective recoveries in recovery and

rejection mode; and

» Designed for liquids rich shale gas.

OPTIONAL FEATURES

» Hot oil system;

» Pipeline pumps;

» Amine treating;

» Inlet and residue compression; and

» Refrigeration equipment.

Enerflex meets or exceeds

industry standard specifications

including ASME code for piping

and vessels, AISC for structural

steel, NEC for electrical, and ISA for

instrumentation.

*Depending on technology

The remaining gas is sub-cooled utilizing de-methanizer overhead

vapor in another brazed aluminum heat exchanger to

provide reflux to the tower.

The de-methanizer tower provides highly effective

separation between methane and heavier hydrocarbons by utilizing the cryogenic

temperatures in the top sections to drive heavier components to

the bottom of the tower.

When the application demands, a mechanical refrigeration system may be provided for additional heat removal prior to preliminary separation of heavier hydrocarbons.

First, the dry gas flows through a high efficiency brazed aluminum heat exchanger for pre-cooling.

Gas enters the unit at high pressure and flows into the molecular sieve dehydration beds for removal of water before flowing into the main cryogenic processing system.

Liquids from the expander inlet separator and warm temperature

separator are directed to the de-methanizer tower.

Liquid product flows into an accumulator before being pumped into the pipeline through a series of booster and high-pressure pumps.

A portion of the gas from the expander inlet separator flows

through the expanding side of a turbo-expander/re-compressor. 5

Overhead gas from the de-methanizer is boosted in the

compressing section of the turbo-expander/re-compressor before

flowing to the residue compression and into the sales pipeline.

Re-boilers are provided to supply hot vapor forcing the

methane overhead and to meet liquid product specifications for

methane or ethane content.
