Cailin joined PNC full-time in August 2010 as an analyst, starting in PNC¶s credit training program inPhiladelphia and later completing sales and product training in Pittsburgh. Prior to joining PNC, Cailininterned in the summer of 2009 for Alvarez and Marsal in the Dispute Analysis and Forensic Accountinggroup with a focus on the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy filing. In 2008, Cailin was a summer analyst atLehman Brothers in the Legal, Compliance and Audit Group.

Geoff PetersWikoff Color CorporationFort Mill, South Carolina

Geoff Peters was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Wikoff Color Corporation in August,

2010, and served as the company¶s President and Chief Operating Officer since September, 2006 whenhe joined the company. Geoff spent most of his 30-year career with Sea-Land Service, a global logisticscompany, and Setech Incorporated, a $250 million integrated supply company. His diverse managementexperience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager ± Europe for Sea-Land and Chief Operating Officer for Setech.

Wikoff Color manufactures inks and coatings for the printing and packaging industries. The company¶sproducts end up on the packaging of a number of well-known consumer brands including Starbuck¶s,Chick-fil-A, Stouffers, Wendy¶s, McDonald¶s, Coke, Pepsi and Victoria¶s Secret. Wikoff Color is anemployee-owned company with 30 manufacturing plants throughout the U.S. and Canada andinternational operations in the UK, Chile and China. Matt Preece is a Partner and co-head of the Consumer Group at McColl Partners, a middle-marketinvestment bank headquartered in Charlotte with additional offices in Dallas, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.Before McColl Partners, Mr. Preece worked as an associate at CapitalSouth Partners, a middle market

private equity fund, where he gained principal investing experience in leveraged buyouts, acquisition andgrowth financings, and recapitalizations. Owen Rankin is an Executive Vice President in the Corporate and Public Affairs practice at Edelman NYworking with PepsiCo and Johnson & Johnson on Corporate Reputation management.

He has over 25 years of global experience in reputation management, corporate social responsibility,consumer and health marketing, senior executive positioning and event leadership. His experienceincludes 11 years at Johnson & Johnson where he had a range of responsibilities for managing their Corporate Reputation, to global pediatric CSR to running the US Johnson¶s Baby business to leadingglobal activation for their Beijing Olympic sponsorship.

Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Rankin spent 11 years at Tambrands, Inc. in Marketing andManagement roles in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Ridge is responsible for financial oversight and leadership of P&G¶s $9B global employee servicesbusiness which includes operations such as payroll, pension administration, and travel management thatare delivered to 127,000 employees in 80 different countries. Across 23 years experience in Procter &

Gamble, he has worked in a broad variety of Finance & Accounting roles. Most recently he was theFinance leader for the $3B Global Snacks and Coffee franchise. Prior to that he led the corporate deal-making center of expertise in the outsourcing space, while leading deals on multiple outsourcing projects(including the most comprehensive HR outsourcing project ever executed). Stewart E. McHieProgram Director, MSBA and Adjunct Professor Catholic University of America

Mr. McHie joined the CUA staff and faculty in January, 2010 to develop the new Masters of Science inBusiness Analysis program with department chair Dr. Andrew Abela. Stew joins CUA following hisretirement in September 2009 from ExxonMobil.

 A 34 year veteran of Exxon and ExxonMobil, Stew served in a variety of business analysis, strategicplanning, and sales management positions in the United States, Australia and England. Following aseries of overseas assignments, Mr. McHie returned to the US and led the effort to reposition the ExxonBrand in the United States. This initiative was later extended to all Esso Brands outside of the US. Withthe merger of Exxon and Mobil in 2000, Mr. McHie was named to his last position of Global BrandManager where he led strategic development for Brand Positioning, Consumer Research,Communications, and Marketing Program execution for ExxonMobil's global fuels operations.
