PIVOTING WITH A PURPOSE Covid-19 Response & Recovery Report. On March 16th it was clear the world was facing an unprecedented global pandemic putting the health of the population at risk. It was also clear that immediate action was required to protect the economic lively-hood of our IBCs in the moment of the crisis while simultaneously planning for HER success in the post-crisis business environment.
Every Market, Region and Corporate Division at Mary Kay pivoted. CBS pivoted with purpose and with HER future as our top priority.
