Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001 Security Code: 511571 Dear Sirs, SUB: Filing of Public Announcement regarding the joint Open Offer to the public shareholders of Parsoli Corporation Limited (“Parsoli” or “Target Company”) pursuant to and in compliance with regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 & subsequent amendments thereto (“Takeover Regulations, 1997”) 1) Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft (“Baader Bank”) and Gulf Investment Services Holding Company (S.A.O.G) ( “GIS” ) (jointly referred to as the “Acquirers” or “Co- Acquirers” ) are making a joint open offer to the public shareholders of Parsoli Corporation Limited in compliance with regulation 10 of the Takeover Regulations, 1997. 2) The Acquirers have appointed PL Capital Markets Private Limited (“PLCM” or “Manager”) as the Manager to the Open Offer in compliance with regulation 13 of the Takeover Regulations, 1997. 3) In regard to the open offer, a joint public announcement (“PA”) has been published on August 28, 2020 in the newspapers as mentioned below, by the Acquirers through PLCM, thereby complying with the provisions of regulation 15(1), read with regulation 10 of the Takeover Regulations, 1997. Marathi Mumbai (*) The equity shares of the Target Company are only listed on BSE. Further, with effect from July 19, 2010 the equity shares of the Target Company are suspended from trading on BSE. We are enclosing herewith a copy of the PA as published in the newspaper including e-paper, Financial Express English language national daily newspaper in compliance with regulation 15(2)(ii) of the Takeover Regulations, 1997.

of Parsoli Corporation Limited (“Parsoli” or “Target Company”) pursuant to and in compliance with regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 & subsequent amendments thereto (“Takeover Regulations, 1997”)

1) Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft (“Baader Bank”) and Gulf Investment Services Holding

Company (S.A.O.G) (“GIS”) (jointly referred to as the “Acquirers” or “Co-Acquirers”) are making a joint open offer to the public shareholders of Parsoli Corporation Limited in compliance with regulation 10 of the Takeover Regulations, 1997.

2) The Acquirers have appointed PL Capital Markets Private Limited (“PLCM” or “Manager”) as the Manager to the Open Offer in compliance with regulation 13 of the Takeover Regulations, 1997.

3) In regard to the open offer, a joint public announcement (“PA”) has been published on August 28, 2020 in the newspapers as mentioned below, by the Acquirers through PLCM, thereby complying with the provisions of regulation 15(1), read with regulation 10 of the Takeover Regulations, 1997.
