1. The Summary of the Business Plan:

Perfect Juice its a company that will produce and sell natural juices and willprovide a dose of health to all those who know to appreciate a juice rich in vitamins and

without chimicals.The method is very simple. Our stands will be located inside Kaufland stores in

both locations from Cluj. Prices will be accessible to all our consumers, and always will beall sorts of offers that attract new customers and build loyal customers.

We will need only 4 employees who will work in two shifts.Competition will be practically non-existent. The success is

guaranteed.

Our main customers are people who come to Kaufland to do their shopping.

2. Introduction:

This business plan relates to a small and profitable business, with a rapid recovery

of investments.

Scope of business that we want to establish is to sell natural juices of citrus fruits(oranges, lemons and grapefruit).

For this we need a space for the stand which we will use forprocessing and sale of natural citrus juice.

Location will be inside Kaufland Store.

3. The Description of the business and Financial Information:

Everybody prefer natural juice instead of the juices that containchimicals, harmful for organism. And the juise derived from tastyoranges, mandarins, lemons or grapefruit is 100% natural, full of

vitamins and very appreciated in all seasons.In fitting of the stand, we need a simple construction and one ormore presses for citrus. Consumable materials that are needed:glasses plastic disposable, paper towels, bags for the debris of crushedfruit, gloves for handling fruit we find in the store.

We can start business with no more than 1000 euro which is: the building stands,

some fruits for the start: oranges, grapefruit, lemon and pay rent for space location. It is a simple activity, available to anyone, with low investment.

Profits appear immediately. Liquidation of investment is made in the first month of

operation. You need only a stand, presses, some fruits and necessary authorizations and

you can begin to sell juice. There is no competition. Of course, there are natural bottled juices.But everyone prefers the fresh, without preservatives.

You can expand rapidly. You can easily open several stands. As sell more glasses ofjuice, even gain more. Does not depend on the season. Your stand can operate all year round, in the bigstores.

Business doesnt presents any risk! As long as increasingly more people prefer

natural drinks you will prosper. Natural citrus juice is much healthier and more attractivethan any drink with or without preservatives.

Presentation of products and services:

Perfect-Juice will not have a very wide range of products. We produce natural juicewithout any addition. The main juice that will come will be the orange juice. Also will beavailable citrus combinations juices depending on the buyer will and some cocktails with

low alcohol content.

Children juices are marketed in special glasses, with various characters from cartoonsto attract children.

A glass will include 200g of natural juice, but the glasses will be greater for those

who want a greater portion of health.

Products are prepared in front of the customer, so they will see the entire process andwill enjoy the taste of fresh and tasty juice.

5. Market Analysis:

Natural products are now very well appreciated in Romania. Moreand more people choose to spend more money for a product asnatural and healthy.

Stands with natural juices began to be met often in the bighipermarkets in Cluj, but they are missing in Kaufland.

Opening a stand with natural juices in Kaufland is a real business,

small but profitable. The probability of success is 100%.The competition is nonexistent. All things are propitious for thedevelopment of this business.

A study shows that 70% of people prefer the natural juice to thedetriment of flavors derived from chemicals.Men or women, children or parents, high school students or employees, everyone can

come and enjoy our tasty natural juice.

6. Objectives:

The main objective is to sell a lot of natural juices and have a higher profit.We propose that through quality and courtesy to create loyal customers who buy ourjuice whenever they to Kaufland for shopping.

We intend to open stands in other locations too, such as Metro, Selgros and Auchan.

7. Business Strategy & Implementation:

Our stand will be located at the entrance of the Kaufland store, so a lot of people will beable to observe it . We will have some attractive benners and employees will smile and be

kind all the time. Also we have a very attractive slogan, which will determine the health

willing people to come and buy our products.

To attract as many clients we will do all sorts of offers and promotions. Children willreceive toys and the old ones flowers.
