Must first ask this question:
Is our desire to develop leaders or loyal followers?
1. Credibility is required in aleader; no one will want tofollow those who are nottrusted.
2. Vision. If there’s no vision, how can you lead? Lead where?
3. Communication. Have you told them where you wantto go? Do they know what you expect from them? How can you get the most of a team if they don’t know the destination?
4. Achievement is the ultimate goal. It’s not enough to have the other three components .
