2. Unite as a Advocate: Share the United Way message and distribute campaign materials

3. Unite as an Champion: Generate excitement and enthusiasm for the campaign and say THANK YOU!

Role of the Coordinator

1. Unite as a Leader: Educate employees

Through group presentations:

- Consider existing staff meetings or special meetings to introduce the United Way campaign

- Use hardcopy campaign material and videos to share the United Way message

2. Unite as an Advocate: Share the United Way message and Distribute Campaign Materials

– Have paper pledge forms and campaign information available at your United Way meeting

– Thank individuals for their time and consideration
