    Fasten mold to injection machine

    1,$fter estimation of the mold weight and molding situation,the right clamping bolt could

    be adopted. &old weight over 1 %on,the clamping bolt should not be less than ' pieces

    on the $ and ! plates,mold weight below 1 %on,( clamping bolts should be used on the

    both plates.

    ", ejection bars should be same length and diameter for the balance pushing to the

    ejector pins plate.when the ejection bars retrack,there should have a gap between the

    bars and ejector pins plate.

    )f ejector pins plate is forced to recover place ,the connecting screws should be

    adopted,and no gap need.

    final full filling.

    surface should be removed immediatly otherwise they will bruise and damage the mold

    ", %he guide pins the guide bushing.%he guide pins the guide bushing should be cleaned

    regularly,and remove the used lubricate on that. 5uide pin with abnormal wear of thesurface should be fied in the tooling shop.$fter check and fiing,they should be

    lubricated again.

    # slots on the core ,cavity and sliders.6lots on the core ,cavity and sliders should be

    cleaned regularly and checked for the abnormal wear and rust.

    (, cooling water.heck the cooling pipes for unnormal bend to prevent clogging.heck

    water plug for leakage,gasket damage and plug wear and deformation will result in the

    cooling water leakage ,they should be inspected regularly.

    7, hydraulic cylinder.heck the hydraulic cylinder on the mold for oil leakage,and confirm

    the stable movement of the sliders activated by the cylinder.

    The maitenance of the plastic mold

    1,$fter molding, mold should be transported to the tooling workshop timely to clean the

    water inside the cooling channel with blowing of compressed air and lubricate for the

    rust.%he water remained inside the channel should lead to the rust in the channel and

    then clog the it,which could result in poor cooling.

    ",8ot runner mold.$fter the hot runner system power are shut off,it need at least

    another 17 minutes for the circulation of the cooling water working,otherwise, 9ailure to

    do so will result in adverse conseuences of the +O ring damage and leak in the cavity.

    #,$fter molding,the surface of cavity and core should be sprayed with the anti-rust agent

    if the mold could be stored for a long time.(,$fter the mold is released from the injection machine,it should be locked by the lock

    plates

    7,%he mold should be place in the circumstance free of the water and moisture.

    ,&old should not be placed directly on ground such as concrete.

    ;,omponents and cooling hose on the bottom side of mold should not touch the

    ground.

    ',Put the mold on the ground same direction as it in the injection machine.
